Description:

- 1100g butter
- 130g low gluten flour
- 50g white sugar (without milk)
Beat the butter until creamy, then add the flour and sugar to form a smooth batter.

Attention:
1. Cookies can be pressed directly onto an ungreased baking sheet (lightly dust without touching the sheet).
2. Avoid placing cookies on greased paper (they won't stick and the machine won't be able to remove them). After baking, clean and dry the baking tray before using it again.
3. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on oven; if the cookies are not cooked through, add two minutes at a time, not exceeding two additional minutes at a time.
