1. Shipping Areas

We ship across the United States. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), unless arranged individually.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • In exceptional cases (high order volume, customized products), processing time may be longer. Customers will be notified via email if delays occur.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery to the USA usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Express delivery (3–7 business days) may be available upon request (extra charges may apply).

4. Shipping Costs

  • All product prices already include standard shipping to the USA.

  • No additional shipping fee will be added at checkout unless express delivery is requested.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by U.S. regulations.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact cost.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. The package can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delays & Carrier Liability

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
